vGauge Remote Sensor Units support fuel flow measurement using senders from FLOWSCAN and FLOWCAT. Max Flow rates from 10 GPH to 80 GPH are possible depending on chosen sender. For Diesel and Fuel injection applications - matched pairs of senders will be required to measure the differential fuel flow from tank and return lines. vGauge Remote units support dual flow senders inputs and calculate the differential flow rate. Fuel Totalizer readings are also possible showing total gallons/liters used since last reset. Another feature is the ability to calibrate each flow sensor for different flow rates to further improve accuracy. A user programmed offset calibration table can be loaded for each sensor based on manufacture calibration procedures. Most applications will require the addition of pulsation dampers for improved accuracy. |
